Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will process your return request. Please inspect your order as soon as possible and contact us immediately if the item is defective or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any request made after 30 days of receipt will not be honored. To start a return, you can contact us at service@tesparks.com.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days after receipt.
- All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- When returning items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
- Items on sale and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Damaged or lost items caused by the customers are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. At the moment, we do not offer exchange unless the item is defective or wrong.
General Return Process
- Initiating a return: Please email us at service@tesparks.com along with your order number. If there is any defects, please also include pictures and/or videos of the items. We will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.
- Shipping back the item: If your return is accepted, we will provide you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend you return the item with a shipping method that provides tracking information as well as a signature because we will not be responsible for any lost items.
- Refund or exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Return Charge
- If the return is due to defect or incorrect item sent, we will issue a full refund.
- If the return is not due to defect or incorrect item sent (ex. You ordered the wrong model or size, you no longer want the item), the original shipping cost is will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the item.
- No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you are approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If you have not received your refund 15 days after our approval, please verify with your bank or credit card company. If you have already done contacted your financial institution and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@tesparks.com.
Order Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not shipped out, we can cancel your order.
- Orders can't be cancelled once they are shipped out.
